How do I know if my cancer or other illness is related to 9/11?
If you were present in the exposure zone during or after 9/11 and have developed a covered condition, you may be eligible. Our experienced team can help determine if your condition qualifies under the VCF guidelines.
Am I eligible for money from the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund?
You may be eligible if you were present in the NYC exposure zone, the Pentagon site, or the Shanksville, PA crash site between September 11, 2001 and May 30, 2002, and have been diagnosed with a World Trade Center Health Program certified condition.
When is the deadline to file a claim?
There are two deadlines in the VCF’s claim filing process: a Claim Filing Deadline and a Registration Deadline. It is important to distinguish between the two and be aware of the specific deadlines that apply based on your individual circumstances.
Do I need my diagnosis date?
While having your diagnosis date is helpful, you can still start the process without it. Our team will help you gather all necessary documentation to support your claim.
What does it cost to work with Kreindler & Kreindler?
